Matt Torney

Matt has significant experience working in film, television, and photography production.  He worked for several years with Mary Howard Studios, a set design firm that collaborated with major photographers including Annie Liebowicz and Stephen Meisel, and designed for clients such as Vogue, The New York Times, and several fashion labels.  In film and television, Matt has art directed several national commercials, promo spots, and live TV integrations for a range of clients from national retailers to cable TV and news networks, and he has worked in various capacities in art departments for several TV series and independent movies.  

More recently Matt has been using these skills to work with Studio Theatre's marketing department and Director of Design, Deb Booth, to create vivid publicity photos that can be used to create assets for print and digital campaigns, as well as poster art for shows at Studio:
